noting i was supposed to see my son 4_1_24,june2023,4_25_23&12_2021& didNOT which has me distressed.i am NOT blaming him, hes adult ,i just miss him. i spoke with my son5_14,4_9,3_31,9-16_23&5_18"23(5_18_23 esaliars harrassed me& had caused me emotional distress and they violated my right to privacy and KNEW12$2022 i was upset bc i missed my son and thatsAFTER someone @ #extendedstay stole my cell phone10_28_22& then returned it over20 minutes later (woman from my floor was getting in elevator as i got off elevator in lobby(she said"sorry" as she went by me which i thought odd, then realized my phone stooen & she was in vestibule when i came back in looking for it, amd i said i was calling cops bit then the thief retirned it to my carWHILE i was upstairs calling it from my hotel phone& that woman was on my floor 2 doors down & she talked to hung out with esa employee

      • monies as listed in my letters12$28_2020-9_2021 fir clothes vandakuzed in my room4_2023-8_2023& stolen from my car 4_15_23-7_2023, esa refused to reimburse me$1509 for cell phones hacked4_15_23-7_16_23, clothes, stolen vandalized my room&car4_15_23-8-_2023(as listed in my12$26,12_27_22 email&12_14_22 ltr,5_23,5_25,5_26_23 ltr email,6_1_23 ltr maioed,2_7_23&3_6_23 dca complaints,5_29&6_14_23 bbb complaints (filed after iREpEATEDLY tried by talking to esa frontdesk, gm, &my ltrs which were ignored and esa LIED slandered my name) AFTER gettinG away from my abusive exes and what certain abuser of authority did

  • i found out 8_2023 that esa #extendedstay lied,slandered my name including to other guests@esa,, court & cops &others
  • 9-15,9-18,9-19, i calledre apt ( it was not a biz number but appeared to be someones cell phone_ they IGNORED my call

&noting since11$28_22 esa (#extendedstay) messed with my hotel ext so people I WANT to talk to canNOT get me( which is #withholdingservices,#consumerfraudact,#abuse,#isolation,#hotelliability)& this was AFTER,11$26_22 another package for me stolen (no mail packages at esa after11_28_22& my mail at po stolen after9_29_22 )

    1. commented right from the rip, that 'my complaint was long'
    2. Refused to allow me to present all if my exhibit evidence A thru L bc ' he was NOT going to look at stack of documents
    3. then right BEFOre lunch said'he would take some' documemts _ he was impatient 
      1. so i gave proof from njdca(dept community affairs' that esa failed 3_31_23 inspection
        1. noting njdca is part of " law and public safety'( iow njsp who i had complaint against2008&2020 during which tine2020_2021 all if me& my son property stolen at apt
      2. my 3_7_23 njdca complaint against esa
      3. my email to state nj ethics AND njdca that esa was harrassing me to 'look at my wall and door' 
      4. harrassing notices i was given 7-14(7-17&7_18 never came to my room &8_1 (8-3 harrased me with cops ) 
      5. my 12$24_22 letter (said12$14_22 and email12$26&12$27_22 to esa re harrassment, room not as advertised, data breach , that i bought everything for my room and assurance that esa will not harrass me for housekeeping or inspections.
      6. said i told esa i had a stalker9-22_22 
      7. that my clothes vandalized stolen 
      8. and without an ounce of proof jist believed the"testimony"  of esa staas despite my exhibit proving otherwise 
    4. judge  never looked at them, and i explained why they were relevant
    5. it was very apparent to me thatSOMEONE slandered my name to judge as he wasNOT fair nor impartial.
    6. esa submitted3 documents and lied on2 of them slandering my name as to what occurred.   
    7. the judge didNOT follow the law, he REFUSED  to let me submit ALL of my exhibits as was my right.
    8. his staff were talking over me as i was talking and 
    9. the staff who file documents ALSO violated my right as i submitted complaint in word format and court employee REFUSED to file right at point7-17, that esa , or court employee was cackling in hallway,(there is camden county office in cherry hill though i dont know where 
      1. so i filed 3 times SAME document in 3 different formats DESPITE it stating on nj sup ct website documents can be filed in .docx,.pdf,.jpg
      2. the "ombudsman" was of no assistance  and a waste of time as she did NOTHING except upset me with her cavalier , and condescending emails 
      3. and court ignored my calls requesting ada accomodation , so no ada accomodation and  the2019 stalker was at court ,during lunch as bunch cops so predatoring about


9-22_22 proof esa lied, re my room  (9-22_22 esa maint man put in smoke detectorAFTER i pointed it out 9-22_22 as indicated in my video proof)

    • this guy near conf room asked TWICE "how was i doing"?

      •  sat behind me laughing asking"are you ok"?

  • after this,  I Got sandwich, sat at bench by myself, 
    • was after1, i hadnt had breakfast , 
    • so i figured ,let me get sandwich, sit outside try to ctr myself bc i amREALlY fyckong upset(as esa, their atty was reaLly mean,heartless bully
    • as i was at lunch cart, there were bunch of cops, sheriffs officers in area
    • i sat at bench (there was woman at bench near me and guy and woman at other bemch further down)
    • some guy came up to me as i was praying which i ALWAYS do, so i gave him half my sandwich 31dbfwGbmamsmbst(
    • no way he would have KNoWN i was praying as i had sunglasses on and my hands were under table
    • i noticed lid go my water bottle was off , and $20 stolen
